Two days after tying the program record for goals scored in a game, the EMU soccer women had the tables turned on them, dropping a 10-0 decision at Frostburg State.
The undefeated Bobcats scored a goal in the opening minute and never looked back, holding a 6-0 lead at halftime.
Midfielder Morgan Hill (Martinsville, VA/Carlisle) had two of the Lady Royals' shots, including their only on goal. Carli Taylor (Germantown, MD/St. Johns) had the other shot.
Keeper Becca Borg (Gig Harbor, WA/Peninsula) reset her career high with 17 saves in goal.
The game marked the final non-conference affair for EMU, with the women holding a 3-2 record out of the ODAC. After three straight road games, the Lady Royals return home on Wednesday to host Roanoke. Game time is 7:00pm.
